Houdini HDA: Retopologise Clothes

Just a small Houdini utility I made to help me retopologise clothes. Frankly, it's a little crude and limited at the moment: all the pieces you make must form quad grids at the moment for instance, but I'd rather share what I have now and perfect it later.
